Key Details
Exterior: Hardtop sedan with the sought-after "Zenki" pre facelift headlights and taillights. Shiny paint and trim indicate a life spent indoors. No signs of corrosion or structural repairs. Only a couple of minor dents on the rear apron.
Interior: Near-immaculate condition. Includes factory optioned lace Chaser embroidered seat covers (uncovered seats show next to zero fading). Sun visors and door cards still feature some factory pre delivery protective plastics.
Avante features: 4-wheel independent suspension system with sophisticated double wishbone rear, Four wheel ventilated discs & Speed sensitive rack and pinion steering for grand touring ride quality. At Parking Speeds this system maximises hydraulic fluid pressure, making the steering wheel incredibly light and effortless to turn with a single finger. At Highway Speeds as vehicle speed increases, a valve progressively restricts the fluid flow. This firms up the steering wheel to prevent the car from feeling twitchy, giving it a heavy, stable, and secure feel on the highway.
Recent Maintenance: We have extensively detailed the car inside and out. There are maintenance logs going back to brand new. The R12 air conditioning system is now out of gas and will require a R134a conversion by the new owner if they require it.
Single owner, manual JDM classics with this level of history are nearly extinct.
