Engine Timing & Oil Seal Rejuvenation
Brand new Timing Belt and complete Tensioner Bearing assemblies.
Brand new Camshaft Oil Seals (x2), Crankshaft Front Oil Seal, and Oil Pump Seal.
Replaced aging Camshaft Valve Cover Gaskets and all 16 matching retention washers.
Set of 6 brand new high-grade Spark Plugs installed.
Complete physical factory Valve Clearance inspection executed and verified.
Engine Bottom-End Protection
Installed a brand new genuine Crankshaft Pulley (fully eliminating the common vintage Toyota risk of harmonic balancer rubber dampener separation).
Cooling System Rebuild

Replaced brittle, aging factory vacuum lines with fresh Vacuum Hoses and new PCV Blow-by Hosing throughout to ensure a perfectly smooth factory idle.
Complete Braking System Overhaul (Full Tear-Down)
• Brake Master Cylinder completely detached, stripped, and overhauled with a fresh factory internal seal rebuild kit.
Both Front Brake Calipers completely detached, structurally overhauled, and rebuilt.
Replaced all 4 Brake Caliper bleeder nipples and installed brand new rubber nipple dust boots.
Replaced all 4 hydraulic Brake Hoses (Front & Rear sets) with brand new lines, followed by a complete fluid system bleed and high-grade Brake Fluid flush.
Steering & Chassis Calibration
Complete flush and replacement of the hydraulic Power Steering Fluid with specialized seal-conditioning protectants.
Installed a brand new Left Steering Gearbox/Rack Boot.
Performed a full digital track alignment (calibrated side-slip from Out 5 to In 3) and perfectly centered the 4-spoke leather steering wheel tracking line.
Air Conditioning & Ancillary Systems
The climate control system was completely updated and retrofitted to eco-friendly R134a refrigerant.
